homanai watches a business's files and drafts website and social updates for that business. This note says what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. It is written plainly and is not legal advice. For the agreement that governs your account, see the Terms of Service.
Whose data this is
homanai is used by a business owner for their own business. The files you drop are your business's content (photos, videos, menus, documents). One client's content is never mixed with or shown to another client.
What we collect
Account: your email and a sign-in session. Sign-in uses a one-time code, not a password we store.
Your files: whatever you drop in, or share from your own Google Drive or OneDrive, so the tool can organize it and draft updates. If you connect your own Drive or OneDrive, it stays your archive; we pull only new or changed files.
What we do with it
We use your files to draft website and social updates for you. Nothing is published without your explicit say so. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad trackers or third-party pixels.
AI
Drafting uses AI models to read your files and write drafts. This runs on our own machine, not from your account, and no draft ships until you say it can.
Where it lives
Accounts and pending drafts are stored in Cloudflare. Your dropped files live in a private Cloudflare bucket, isolated per client and never served to the public web. Only content you have said yes to is ever published. A sign-in session is a token in your browser.
What gets recorded on its own
A submission carries the date and time it was sent and a yes or no spam flag our filter sets, neither of which you type. Your IP address is used as a counter and is not filed against you: we count recent requests from an address so nobody can flood a form or a sign in, and that counter erases itself within minutes.
Cookies
No advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. This page and the rest of homanai.com are open to read and set no cookie at all. Signing in to the app stores one session token in your browser so you are not asked for a code on every page. That token is the only thing we ever put there.
How long it stays
Your files stay until you remove them or ask us to, because they are your archive and deleting them on a timer would be the wrong default. There is no automatic delete date, which is why the controls below exist and why we answer them.
Analytics
No Google Analytics, no advertising network and no profile built on you. Cloudflare can count page views on its own without any script, and in Cloudflare's own words that counting does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individuals by IP or user agent. We are told totals, never who. These pages also load a font from Google, so your browser asks Google for that file and Google sees the request.
Your controls
Want your account and files removed? Email hello@homanai.com from the address you used and it is gone within 7 days.
Children
homanai is a tool for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this note changes meaningfully, we will update the date above. No silent edits.
